Leadership Partnerships
Bringing the pieces together.
Sometimes leadership development needs more than a workshop or a coaching engagement.
You might have a leadership team that needs to reset, leaders who are ready to develop their capability, or an organisation that wants to make a more deliberate investment in how leadership happens.
I partner with organisations over time to understand what matters, what is getting in the way and where leadership development could make the greatest difference.
Together, we design an approach that brings the right elements together — leadership development, Leadership Labs, coaching and team facilitation — around the needs of your people and your organisation.
What this might look like
Every partnership is different, but might include:
Leadership workshops to build shared knowledge, skills and language
Leadership Labs to explore specific leadership challenges and experiment with new approaches
1:1 coaching to support leaders to translate learning into their day-to-day leadership
Team facilitation to help teams reset, build trust, navigate change or have the conversations that matter
The intention isn't to create another leadership program that sits alongside the work.
It's to create the conditions for learning to become part of how people lead.
Areas of focus might include:
Building trust and psychological safety
Bringing organisational values to life through everyday behaviours
Developing healthy, high-performing teams
Strengthening collaboration and relationships across the organisation
Building confidence and capability in leaders
Navigating change
Creating leadership cultures where people can contribute, grow and do their best work
A partnership, not a package.
I don't have a fixed program to sell you.
The work is shaped around your organisation, your people and what you're trying to achieve. We can start with a conversation and work out together what would be most useful.
Engagements can be tailored over 6–12 months or adapted to suit your needs.
